Donate to the Center for Attainable Housing
The Walton Area Chamber of Commerce has been fortunate to celebrate a number of great successes over the years, but growth brings new challenges and the need to develop strategies to address these issues. The Walton Area continues to be recognized as one of the fastest growing communities. This is why the need has never been greater to develop and implement an aggressive, long-term plan to address economic growth for our organization.

In 1999, the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation launched a three year capital campaign to fund the construction of the Chamber Office in Santa Rosa Beach. Although we made great strides, we have not completed our fundraising task.
Today, we are embarking on the final chapter of this Campaign. The major difference is that in addition to securing a debt free building, we will equip this office with state-of-the-art technology. This will help link our members throughout the region.
We also set three major priorities that were determined by community leaders. These initiatives provide the community with much needed services and programs.
They include:
- Leadership Walton
- Athena International Leadership Program
- Center for Attainable Housing
Our goal is to raise $500,000 over the next three years. This includes the $65,000 in private sector contributions needed for the Center of Attainable Housing.
